东州教养所（Eastern State Penitentiary），是美国的一所监狱，位于宾夕法尼亚州的费城，现已停用。监狱建于1829年，建筑风格为哥特式城堡。监狱刚刚建成时，曾是规模最大、造价最高的公共建筑，并成为世界上三百余所监狱的样板。1966年10月15日，东州监狱获选进入美国国家史迹名录。1971年，监狱关闭。1994年，监狱整修后重新开放为观光景点。

The Eastern State Penitentiary, also known as ESP, is a former American prison in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. It is found at 2027 Fairmount Avenue between Corinthian Avenue and North 22nd Street in the Fairmount section of the city, and was operational from 1829 until 1971. The penitentiary refined the revolutionary system of separate incarceration first pioneered at the Walnut Street Jail which emphasized principles of reform rather than punishment.

Notorious criminals such as bank robber Willie Sutton and Al Capone were held inside its innovative wagon wheel design. At its completion, the building was the largest and most expensive public structure ever erected, and quickly became a model for more than 300 prisons worldwide.
